Rutherford Electrical Engineering Services (REES) High Voltage Division has grown to be the preferred supplier of many customers requiring specialist electrical work in the fields of high voltage cable jointing, high voltage testing, high voltage maintenance and cable fault location.

REES currently has the following positions available based out of our Rutherford workshop

• Leading Hand Site Electrician
• Site Electrician

Some of the things you will do:

• Install HV terminations & inline joints
• HV cable installations
• Repair HV underground mining equipment
• HV testing & maintenance
• Borehole cable installations
• High wall cable installations
• Protection testing

What you need to have:

• A great attitude
• Electrical trade certificate
• NSW qualified supervisors licence
• Current manual drivers licence
• For the "Leading Hand" position you must have previous leading hand experience with the ability to effectively supervise others and ensure safety management systems are enforced
• Desirable mining/high voltage experience
